    Prioritizing the importance (not urgency) of tasks; identifying which tasks to delegate and how to do it.

    Utilizing the most effective approach to effectively listen.
  5. 360-Degree Feedback and Planning
    Creating an individualized Development Plan after receiving feedback from one’s manager, direct reports and peers.
